Discover the culture and beauty of the tropics! Your adventure begins with departure from your Punta Cana hotel to Bayahibe. Then you will embark on the magificent catamarans that will set sail to Catalina Island. On the way to this beautiful island, there is a stop at El Muro for snorkeling (snorkeling equipment is included). From there you head towards the beach, while admiring the amazing coral reef wall, the crystal blue waters and the vibrating sun that surrounds the island. Afterwards, you will continue to the Chavón River were you will change vessels to journey through the Chavón River for a delicious style lunch and refreshing drinks. We proceed from there to visit Altos de Chavón, designed by an Italian, which perfectly recreates a medieval Mediterranean village. Walk along the historic cobblestone streets until you reach the Roman amphitheater, the church and the lookout point, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the fabulous Chavón River, the site of the movie Apocalypse Now.
