There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The Dolphin Swim, the most popular program at Ocean World, begins with an exciting educational introduction to dolphins presented by our experienced dolphin trainers. You'll not only learn fascinating facts about these amazing creatures, but you also be given explicit instructions for participating safely in the encounter - a must for a truly pleasurable experience.

Our Shark Encounter pool has nine nurse sharks (Ginglymostoma cirratum) who have been conditioned to be fed and handled by humans. They were collected from waters nearby and have adjusted well to their new home. Locally, the sharks are known as "tiburon gato" or cat-shark.

~ This tour offers hotel pick-up in the areas of Susua/Cabarete for an additional $5.00 per person round trip or from Bahia Principe/Luperon Hotels for $10.00 per person round trip. Guest pays any additional fees for the transfer upon arrival at Ocean World.
