There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Approximately thirty species of dolphins can be found in our oceans, including the white-sided, spotted and bottlenose varieties. It is the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin, or Tursiops truncatus, that is best known to people. These animals tend to live in the shallow waters where people frequently choose to swim and boat. This species of dolphin does very well under human care and are popular marine park performers.

The average lifespan for this species in the wild is approximately 30 years, but research confirms that, these animals currently live equally long and often healthier lives. The oldest dolphin for example lived to be 48 years of age.

There are eight Southern Sea Lions (Otaria byronia) which participate in either the Sea Lion Show or Encounter. Also known as the Patagonian sea lion, they can be found on both the Atlantic and Pacific shores of South America. The sea lions at Ocean World come from Uruguay, where harvesting of sea lion pups for fur is still allowed. They have a life span of about 20 years and males can reach a size of up to 700 lbs. while females do not get larger than 300 lbs.

~ If guests are found to be intoxicated or in violation of any of the restrictions listed, or do not follow instructions from our trainers (which may be detrimental to the safety of the animals or other persons in the session) we reserve the right to remove them from the session without providing a refund or rebook the session.
~ This tour offers hotel pick-up in the areas of Susua/Cabarete for an additional $5.00 per person round trip or from Bahia Principe/Luperon Hotels for $10.00 per person round trip. Guest must pay any additional amount for the transfer upon arrival at Ocean World.
