There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

As dolphin caretakers, we have a unique ability to offer our guests not only fascinating educational introductions, but also the rare opportunity for intimate contact with the dolphins. Our hope is that every guest who meets & falls in love with a dolphin will leave our park committed to conserve & protect these very special creatures.

All participants in the Dolphin Swim must wear life jackets provided to float freely on the surface, thereby allowing the dolphins to come much closer. A maximum of ten participants & two dolphins usually take part in each session. The in-water time is about 30 minutes during which you will spend some very special moments with the dolphins...sharing a kiss, hugging, dancing, feeding, petting, & swimming. A human hurdle & a spectacular dorsal fin tow will finish off the experience & leave you with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Note: In order to vary the programs for the animals, the trainers do not use the same behaviors in each session, but instead use a different combination each time.
